Set Sidekick ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. Set Sidekick is engineered as a local-first stage and library management tool for live performers. This policy outlines how your data is handled when using the Set Sidekick iOS application and setsidekick.com.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We do not collect, track, store, or sell your personal information, location data, or device usage analytics. All song databases, ChordPro charts, audio backing tracks, and custom setlists remain stored locally on your device.

3. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Set Sidekick does not integrate third-party advertising networks or tracking SDKs. Web imports (such as Ultimate Guitar chart shares) are processed directly on your device via standard iOS share actions.

4. Cloud Backups & File Storage

If enabled, database backups and library syncing are conducted through your personal Apple iCloud account or saved directly to your local device Files app (Files > On My iPad > Set Sidekick). We do not maintain external servers that store your musical content or backups.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain 100% ownership and control over your data. Because your song data lives locally on your device, deleting the app or purging your local library removes all stored content. For any privacy-related questions or data requests, you can contact us at setsidekick@gmail.com.
