Set Sidekick ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for the Set Sidekick mobile application for iOS devices.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Set Sidekick is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), location data, or user tracking analytics. All setlists, song details, audio files, preferences, and performance notes created within the app remain stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

2. Device Permissions (Microphone & Speech Recognition)

Set Sidekick requests access to your device's microphone and speech recognition solely to enable offline, hands-free voice search for songs on stage.

Audio captured for voice search is processed locally on your device using Apple's native speech frameworks.
We do not record, store, transmit, or harvest any audio recordings or voice data.

3. Data Storage & iCloud Syncing

All application data is saved locally on your iOS device. If you enable iCloud syncing, your song library and setlists are synced securely across your personal devices using Apple's encrypted iCloud infrastructure. We have no access to your iCloud database. Deleting the Set Sidekick application will remove locally stored app data.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Set Sidekick offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your billing or financial details (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). All payment transactions and subscription management are handled securely by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Audience Request QR System

When you activate the optional Audience Request feature, incoming requests submitted by fans via QR code are routed securely to display on your performance screen. No personal tracking data or fan contact details are harvested or sold.

6. Third-Party Frameworks & Tracking

Set Sidekick does not use third-party advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or external analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) that track your behavior across other apps or websites.

7. Children's Privacy

Set Sidekick does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
